9300 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully. By using the 9300 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below. This document applies to all registered members in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms of Use

Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 9300 platform. Owning more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 9300 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national ID or proof of address. Failure to provide valid information may result in account restrictions.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 9300 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must report it to our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Not attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorised means.
- Not using automated software, bots, or other technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Not sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership.
- Complying with all gaming rules set by 9300 for each game category.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the 9300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through payment methods approved by the platform, including online bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other methods listed in your account.
9300 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers. Users are responsible for understanding and bearing any such charges.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform, subject to successful identity verification and compliance with any applicable bonus requirements. 9300 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that appear suspicious or do not meet the stated conditions.
Any attempt to process unauthorised payments, including the use of card details that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. 9300 maintains records of all transactions and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
9300 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Situations that may lead to such action include:
- Providing false or misleading registration information.
- Holding more than one active account.
- Fraud, hacking, or any attempt to manipulate the gaming system.
- Use of unauthorised payment methods or financial fraud.
- Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in ways that were not intended.
- Conduct that is unlawful or threatens the safety of other users.
If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation. 9300's decision in such matters is final.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the necessary verification.
